Account Deletion

ABC Taxi passengers can delete their account directly in the mobile app or request help from Trackify Labs LLC.

1. Open ABC Taxi and sign in.
2. Open Nalog / Account.
3. Select Obriši nalog / Delete account.
4. Review the explanation and confirm deletion.

Deletion immediately deactivates the account, revokes active sessions and registered devices, and removes or anonymises the telephone number, optional name and other direct profile identifiers.

Data that may be retained

Ride, fare, security, support and audit records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or another legal obligation. Ride/support records are normally retained up to 24 months; accounting and tax records for 10 years, with some supporting records for 5 years; OTP/security events up to 12 months; and minimal deletion evidence up to 24 months. Retained data remains access-restricted and is deleted or anonymised when the applicable period ends unless a legal hold applies.

Delete specific data without closing the account

Email edo@trackify.net to request deletion of eligible optional data, such as a profile name, rating comment or support report. Identify the data or ride reference and use a contact method associated with the account. We may request limited information to verify ownership and will explain any item that must legally be retained.

If you cannot access the app

Email edo@trackify.net from a contact method associated with the account and include the verified telephone number. Never send an OTP, password, card number or bank credentials.
