Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Trackify Labs LLC accesses, collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal data in the ABC Taxi passenger application and related Leskovac taxi operations.

1. Controller and scope / Rukovalac i obim

Trackify Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States, is the data controller for ABC Taxi. The app connects passengers with the authorised local taxi fleet in Leskovac, Serbia. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to edo@trackify.net or +38970345266.

2. Data we access or collect / Podaci koje prikupljamo

• Account and contact data: verified telephone number, optional display name, account/user identifier, authentication and session data, and preferred language.
• Ride and purchase history: pickup and optional destination addresses and coordinates, requested or scheduled time, ride and dispatch status, assigned driver and vehicle details, final physical-taximeter fare, payment method, and trip history.
• Foreground location: precise or approximate device location only when the passenger asks the app to use it for pickup selection. The passenger app does not collect continuous background location.
• Search and user content: address searches, ratings, optional comments, lost-property reports, incident reports, and related customer-support correspondence.
• Device and security data: random installation/device identifier, push token, app version, platform, locale, session and security events, and reduced or hashed network/device signals used to secure accounts and prevent abuse.

ABC Taxi currently does not collect payment-card numbers, bank-login credentials, advertising identifiers, contacts, photos, health data, or cross-app tracking data. The verified physical taximeter in the vehicle determines the final fare.

3. How and why we use data / Svrhe obrade

• authenticate passengers and maintain secure signed-in sessions;
• create, dispatch, operate, support and document requested taxi rides;
• find pickup locations and address search results and show ride status, driver and vehicle information;
• provide My Trips, account export, ratings, lost-property and incident-support features;
• send service messages and ride notifications;
• prevent fraud and abuse, protect users and systems, resolve complaints and disputes, and meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

4. Sharing and service providers / Deljenje i obrađivači

Ride information is disclosed only to authorised taxi-fleet staff and the assigned driver to the extent needed to provide and support the ride. The passenger's optional name, pickup and destination information, and ride instructions may be shown to the assigned driver.

We use contracted providers for hosting, SMS authentication, maps and address search, app distribution, software updates, push notifications and operational support. These may include Linode/Akamai, BulkGate/BulkSMS, Google Maps Platform, Expo, Apple and Google. Providers process data only to deliver their services, subject to their contracts and applicable law. Data may be processed outside Serbia with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data, share it with data brokers, or use it for behavioural advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. Retention and deletion / Čuvanje i brisanje

• Account deletion: in-app deletion deactivates the account, revokes sessions/devices and removes or anonymises direct profile identifiers.
• Ride and support records: normally up to 24 months for service, complaint and dispute handling, unless a legal hold or longer duty applies.
• Accounting and tax records: 10 years from the end of the relevant calendar year; other tax supporting records may be retained for 5 years.
• OTP and security events: normally up to 12 months, with identifiers reduced where practical.
• Minimal privileged-access and deletion evidence: up to 24 months to demonstrate security and deletion actions.

When a retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised unless preservation is required for an active dispute, fraud investigation, legal claim or legal obligation. Full account and specific-data deletion instructions are available at abctaxi.app/account-deletion.

6. Choices and rights / Vaša prava

Passengers can update their optional name, export account information, sign out and request account deletion inside the app. You may also request access, correction, deletion of eligible data, restriction, objection or a portable copy where applicable. We may verify identity before completing a request. If you believe a request was not handled appropriately, you may contact Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

7. Security, children and changes

We use HTTPS, rotating authenticated sessions, role-restricted access, audited administrative actions, encryption and infrastructure safeguards. No internet service is completely risk-free. ABC Taxi is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We will update this policy when the app, processing or legal obligations materially change and will revise the date shown above.
