Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Trackify Labs LLC accesses, collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal data in the ABC Taxi passenger application and related Leskovac taxi operations.

1. Controller and scope / Rukovalac i obim

Trackify Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States, is the data controller for ABC Taxi. The app connects passengers with the authorised local taxi fleet in Leskovac, Serbia. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to edo@trackify.net or +38970345266.

2. Data we access or collect / Podaci koje prikupljamo

• Account and contact data: verified telephone number, optional display name, account/user identifier, authentication and session data, and preferred language.
• Ride and purchase history: pickup and optional destination addresses and coordinates, requested or scheduled time, ride and dispatch status, assigned driver and vehicle details, final physical-taximeter fare, payment method, and trip history.
• Foreground location: precise or approximate device location only when the passenger asks the app to use it for pickup selection. The passenger app does not collect continuous background location.
• Search and user content: address searches, ratings, optional comments, lost-property reports, incident reports, and related customer-support correspondence.
• Business inquiries / Upiti firmi: when a taxi company uses the website form to ask about its own app: name, company, city, email, optional phone, fleet size and message. Used only to answer the inquiry. / Kada taksi firma preko forme na sajtu pita za sopstvenu aplikaciju: ime, firma, grad, email, opciono telefon, broj vozila i poruka. Koristimo ih samo za odgovor na upit.
• Device and security data: random installation/device identifier, push token, app version, platform, locale, session and security events, and reduced or hashed network/device signals used to secure accounts and prevent abuse.
• Optional ad measurement, from passenger version 1.0.7: only after you choose Allow, the Meta Core SDK can send installation and app-opening events, advertising and installation/device identifiers, app and operating-system version, device characteristics, network information including IP address, and SDK diagnostic/crash information. These help attribute installs to Facebook/Instagram ads and measure and optimise advertising. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission must also be granted. Older versions without this SDK do not gain it through a JavaScript update.
• Privacy-preserving iOS install attribution: updated iOS builds also register the actual first opening with Apple's SKAdNetwork, separately from optional Meta SDK tracking. Apple can send delayed install-validation postbacks to the advertising network when an eligible advertisement led to installation. Apple's signed postbacks do not include user- or device-specific data; privacy thresholds may limit the reported detail. This system path does not request ATT, access an advertising identifier, or send your taxi-service information.
• Optional Google Analytics for Firebase, iOS from passenger version 1.0.8: with the same choice and only after Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is granted, Google Analytics for Firebase can send the app's first opening and app-opening events, an app-instance identifier, the vendor identifier (IDFV), app and operating-system version, device model, coarse location derived from the IP address, and diagnostic data to Google. This lets Google Ads count installs that came from Google ads. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and ad personalisation signals stay off. It is off by default and is not used on Android.

ABC Taxi does not collect payment-card numbers, bank-login credentials, contacts, photos or health data. We do not send your telephone number, name, ride addresses or coordinates, fare, payment method or ride history to Meta, and do not enable automatic purchase logging or customer matching. Optional ad measurement may link device information with information Meta holds from other apps or services. The verified physical taximeter in the vehicle determines the final fare.

Opciono merenje oglasa, od verzije 1.0.7: Meta SDK se uključuje tek kada izaberete „Dozvoli”; na iOS-u potrebna je i Apple dozvola za praćenje. Meta može dobiti događaje instalacije i otvaranja, identifikatore uređaja/oglasa, IP adresu i tehničke/dijagnostičke podatke radi pripisivanja instalacija i merenja i optimizacije Facebook/Instagram oglasa. Ne šaljemo telefon, ime, lokacije, istoriju ni cenu vožnji. Odbijanje ne ograničava naručivanje taksija.

Opciono Google Analytics for Firebase, iOS od verzije 1.0.8: uz isti izbor i tek posle Apple dozvole za praćenje, Google Analytics for Firebase može kompaniji Google poslati prvo i naredna otvaranja aplikacije, identifikator instance aplikacije i IDFV, verziju aplikacije i sistema, model uređaja, približnu lokaciju iz IP adrese i dijagnostičke podatke, da bi Google Ads brojao instalacije iz Google oglasa. Ne koristi IDFA, personalizacija oglasa je isključena, podrazumevano je isključeno i ne koristi se na Androidu.

iOS pripisivanje instalacije bez praćenja: ažurirana iOS izdanja zasebno koriste Apple SKAdNetwork za stvarno prvo otvaranje. Apple može sa zakašnjenjem poslati oglasnoj mreži potvrdu instalacije povezane sa odgovarajućim oglasom, bez podataka specifičnih za korisnika ili uređaj. Za ovaj sistemski postupak nije potrebna ATT dozvola; opciono deljenje identifikatora kroz Meta SDK ostaje isključeno ako ga odbijete.

3. How and why we use data / Svrhe obrade

• authenticate passengers and maintain secure signed-in sessions;
• create, dispatch, operate, support and document requested taxi rides;
• find pickup locations and address search results and show ride status, driver and vehicle information;
• provide My Trips, account export, ratings, lost-property and incident-support features;
• send service messages and ride notifications;
• with your optional permission, measure app installs and openings associated with Facebook/Instagram ads and optimise those ads;
• prevent fraud and abuse, protect users and systems, resolve complaints and disputes, and meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

4. Sharing and service providers / Deljenje i obrađivači

Ride information is disclosed only to authorised taxi-fleet staff and the assigned driver to the extent needed to provide and support the ride. The passenger's optional name, pickup and destination information, and ride instructions may be shown to the assigned driver.

We use contracted providers for hosting, SMS authentication, maps and address search, app distribution, software updates, push notifications and operational support. These may include Linode/Akamai, BulkGate/BulkSMS, Google Maps Platform, Expo, Apple and Google. Data may be processed outside Serbia with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data or share it with data brokers.

If you allow optional ad measurement, the Meta Core SDK sends the measurement data described above to Meta. Meta processes this data under its Business Tools Terms and Privacy Policy, including advertising attribution, measurement and optimisation. Meta may associate device/event data with its own information; we do not treat this as anonymous data or claim that Meta acts solely as our hosting provider.

If you allow optional ad measurement on iOS 1.0.8 or later, Google Analytics for Firebase sends the data described above to Google, which processes it under the Google Analytics for Firebase Terms and Google Privacy Policy. Google Analytics data is kept for 2 months in Analytics reports (the default retention setting) and is shared with our linked Google Ads account only to measure app installs.

5. Retention and deletion / Čuvanje i brisanje

• Account deletion: in-app deletion deactivates the account, revokes sessions/devices and removes or anonymises direct profile identifiers.
• Ride and support records: normally up to 24 months for service, complaint and dispute handling, unless a legal hold or longer duty applies.
• Accounting and tax records: 10 years from the end of the relevant calendar year; other tax supporting records may be retained for 5 years.
• Business inquiries: normally up to 24 months after the last contact about the inquiry, like other support correspondence.
• OTP and security events: normally up to 12 months, with identifiers reduced where practical.
• Minimal privileged-access and deletion evidence: up to 24 months to demonstrate security and deletion actions.
• Optional Meta SDK measurement: your choice is stored locally on the device until changed or removed. Data already sent to Meta is subject to Meta's retention and deletion practices; withdrawing permission stops new requested Meta SDK measurement but does not automatically erase data Meta already received. Apple's separate privacy-preserving install postbacks may still be sent. Contact us or use Meta's privacy controls for a request concerning previously shared data.
• Optional Google Analytics for Firebase: collection stops as soon as you withdraw the choice or Apple's tracking permission. Data already sent to Google follows the retention described above; contact us for a deletion request concerning it.

When a retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised unless preservation is required for an active dispute, fraud investigation, legal claim or legal obligation. Full account and specific-data deletion instructions are available at abctaxi.app/account-deletion.

6. Choices and rights / Vaša prava

Passengers can update their optional name, export account information, sign out and request account deletion inside the app. You may also request access, correction, deletion of eligible data, restriction, objection or a portable copy where applicable. We may verify identity before completing a request. If you believe a request was not handled appropriately, you may contact Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Ad measurement choices: the default is off. On Android, choose Allow or Do not allow on the sign-in screen or in Account → Ad measurement. In updated iOS 1.0.7 releases, Account → Ad measurement → Measurement settings opens Apple's system tracking-permission dialog directly for your initial choice, without a custom consent pre-prompt. You can withdraw optional measurement in Account or withdraw iOS tracking permission in the phone's Settings. Taxi sign-in and booking work without permission. We do not use an alternative tracking identifier to bypass an iOS refusal. / Izbor za oglase: podrazumevano je isključeno. Na Androidu birate na ekranu prijave ili u Nalogu → Merenje oglasa. U ažuriranim iOS izdanjima 1.0.7, Nalog → Merenje oglasa → Podešavanja merenja neposredno otvara Apple sistemski dijalog za prvi izbor, bez zasebnog prethodnog dijaloga. Opciono merenje možete isključiti u Nalogu, a iOS dozvolu povući i u podešavanjima telefona. Taksi radi i bez dozvole.

7. Security, children and changes

We use HTTPS, rotating authenticated sessions, role-restricted access, audited administrative actions, encryption and infrastructure safeguards. No internet service is completely risk-free. ABC Taxi is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We will update this policy when the app, processing or legal obligations materially change and will revise the date shown above.
