Which cities does ABC Taxi serve?

Our current local pilot is in Leskovac. We are developing ABC Taxi as a brand for expansion across Serbia, but we do not yet advertise rides in other cities. For Leskovac, request a ride in the app and wait for confirmation; rides depend on driver availability.

How do I request a taxi in Leskovac?

Use the ABC Taxi passenger app for Android or iPhone. This website does not book or confirm rides.

• Sign in with your phone number and a one-time SMS code. Never share that code.
• Enter your pickup address, use your location or choose a point on the map. You can add your destination later.
• Check the pickup point, send the request and wait for a driver to accept.
• After acceptance, check the driver and vehicle details. Match the vehicle and registration plate to the app before getting in.

How do I choose a clear pickup point?

Your phone's location can be different from the entrance where you are waiting. Check the address and map point before sending your request.

• Check the street, building number and entrance, especially where a building has several access points.
• At a station, hotel or restaurant, choose a recognizable entrance with a safe place where a vehicle is allowed to stop. Not every entrance is accessible by car.
• If the pickup is wrong or you cannot find the vehicle, use the available in-app support. Do not cross a road unsafely to reach the vehicle.

How much is the ride, and how do I pay?

Pay cash at the end of the ride. The verified physical taximeter in the vehicle determines the final fare. An in-app estimate is neither the final bill nor a fixed-price offer. In-app card payment is currently unavailable.

Is the arrival time guaranteed?

No. The arrival time is a driver estimate. Traffic and other circumstances can change it. If the estimate expires or the location is old, wait for an update and do not treat that information as live.

I cannot find ABC Taxi in the app store. What should I do?

Use the official Google Play and App Store links on this page. They open the passenger app directly, avoiding confusion with similarly named apps.

• Phone language and store-account country are not the same as your current physical location. Device compatibility can also affect availability.
• If the direct link does not allow installation, send support your device model, operating-system version, store language and error message. Do not send passwords or SMS codes.
• The passenger app is separate from the internal app for approved drivers.
