How do I request a ride?

Open the app and enter your pickup. A destination is optional. Send your request and wait for confirmation — sending a request does not mean a driver has accepted yet.

How do I know when my driver will arrive?

After acceptance, follow the status, driver details and available location in the app. Arrival time is a driver estimate, not a guarantee. If it expires or the location is old, wait for an update; do not treat it as live.

How do I pay?

Pay cash at the end, according to the verified physical taximeter. An in-app estimate is not the final fare. In-app card payments are not available.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Check your phone number and country code. If the SMS does not arrive, wait until the app permits another attempt. If the problem continues, open support. Never share your SMS code.
